AGE
Under the law of England and Wales everyone placing an order should be aged 18 or over
BOTTLE SIZE
All bottle sizes are 75 centilitres unless indicated otherwise.
TAX
Prices include UK Value Added Tax @20%. Our VAT registration number is GB 942561128. A VAT invoice is routinely produced for every UK order.We will email your invoice or send it by post as per your request.
PRIVACY
When you give us your details (except for delivery purposes) these are not disclosed to anyone else.
SECURITY
All online order taking is on a fully secured site. As confirmation you should notice a padlock appear at the bottom of the on screen page ('browser' in the jargon). And https (for secure) in the address bar at the top.
The secure server will email you a confirmation of the order request that it has received.
AVAILABILITY
For the mixed case special offers we reserve the right to substitute a wine of similar quality and price should any wine become unavailable.
If a certain vintage is essential to your order then please advise us at the time of placing your order. Otherwise vintages may 'follow on' subject to similar prices and quality.
All items are offered subject to availability. In the unlikely event of the short supply of any lines this will be advised by email for your approval before payment.
DELIVERY
We make every effort to despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them, although under the law of England and Wales the customer has the right to cancel the order within seven days. Where the order is cancelled after it has been despatched then it will need to be returned. If this involves additional expense (such as collection) then we may charge for this service.
